SEO can be a confusing venture for most people. Even many so-called-experts may have a difficult time keeping a
website presents itself the search engines.
First... the major search engines are constantly changing their algorithms to help bring you the most relevant website
listings to your search query. Search engines also change their algorithms to stay before dishonest companies that
quickly figure out how to manipulate the search results.
When the search engines change the direction they list websites, there are unscrupulous people who go right to work
racking your brains on how to cheat the machine.
This type of person using what's known as "Black Hat SEO" and if you're trying to run a legitimate website, keep away
from them at all cost! Sure your website will get a high listing rather easily using black hat techniques, but as soon as
the search engines ascertain what you're doing, they will likely ban your website off their listings altogether (once
and for all). And show up, they are going to figure it out.
Minute... There's a whole lot of misnomers about what's more important in regards to SEO. A few so called SEO gurus

So pay close attention to this... would you rather have a small Google PR of several, and become listed on the first
page in the search results? Or would you rather have a high PR of 5 and 6, and become listed on the tenth page in
the search results, where no one will ever find people..? I believe the answer is evident.
One of many websites I built for my other web business, hasn't had a Google PR greater than 2 for the previous 4
years (considering it's been live using the web). But many experts have on the first page of major search engines
(with regard to my main keywords) for 3 1/2 of 4 years. I'll take the lower PR and keep that high listing any day of
